What is included in my booth?

• Each 10' x 10' booth has an 8' highback-drape wall, 36" high side rails and 7" x 44" ID sign.

How do I get free passes for my clients?

• You may register up to 20 customers with a free expo hall pass using the promo code emailed to you. Each guest needs to register through the expo website at www.insideselfstorageworldexpo.com and enter the promo code during the registration process.

Can an attendee have access to the expo hall during move-in and move-out times?

• For insurance purposes, only registered exhibitors are allowed on the expo hall during move-in and move-out times. Do not schedule a client meeting at your booth outside of official expo hall hours.

Is the expo hall carpeted?

• Yes, the expo hall is carpeted. You do not need to order carpet for your booth unless you would like to enhance the appearance.

Can I dismantle my booth before the expo closes?

• Exhibitors may not dismantle their booth prior to the end of the expo. When making travel arrangements, please be sure you allow enough time for move-out.

How do I register for my exhibitor badges?

• You can register for your exhibitor badges at www.insideselfstorageexpo.com/exreg
• If you need your username and password, send a request to Vanessa Cruz at vcruz@vpico.com along with your company name and booth number

When is exhibitor move-in and move-out?

• Move-in
  April 3, 8 a.m.-4 p.m.
• Show Hours
  April 3, 5:30-7:30 p.m.
  April 4, Noon-5 p.m.
• Move-out
  April 4, 5-9 p.m.
