What is included with registration?
We offer three different packages and four add-on workshops. Please refer to the registration page for details.
When is the Expo Hall open?
The expo hall is open on Tuesday, March 2, from noon until 5 p.m., and on Wednesday, March 3, from 9 a.m. until noon.

How do I make changes to my registration?

If I cancel my conference registration will my hotel room be cancelled as well?
No, you are responsible for all travel arrangements.
May I send someone in my place if I cannot attend?
Yes. To transfer your registration, please e-mail your request to Lola Ortega at lortega@vpico.com or call 866.230.2311 to transfer your registration.
Will I receive confirmation of my registration?
Yes, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that includes the details of your registration.
Is there a charge to attend the exhibits?
Yes, you have to be registered for one of the expo packages or workshops to access the expo hall.
